Traditional Bathing Remedy – a relaxing way to improve health

For detoxification purposes, bathe with Epsom Salts at least weekly.

Just soak for 10 minutes while it works its magic.

To relax your body and relieve stress bathe 3 times a week in warm water with a pack of these salts. Soak for a minimum of 12 minutes.

You could also add 30mls of Rose Hip oil to moisturise your skin.

For aching limbs, soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.

Take a 2 hour rest after bathing with Epsom Salts.

Epsom Salts are made from a combination of Magnesium and Sulphate and it helps your body by:-
